Mushroom - I would not want to eat this one.
This is a Conifer Coral Mushroom (Hericium Abietis)... and it is edible!
Oyster Mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus)... and their edible.
This is Lion's Mane (Hericium Erinaceus).... and is among some of the best of the edible fungi
imparting a lobster-like flavor when cooked with butter and onions. Who knew?
