A pleasant overcast December day in Seattle. George and Barb with the Kayak Academy bring out their new line of Tiderace Kayaks. These are beautiful new English boats.

Ah, the Viaduct... the blight on Seattle's skyline. Irreparably damaged by the last earthquake, its future has been an ongoing debate. A billion dollar tunnel is currently on the table being proposed. Also, Smith Tower in view on the right.... built in 1914, it was the tallest building west of the Mississippi for almost 50 years.
